QLD Flooring are not the cheapest … More but their work was spectacular, well worth the money! I got LVP NFD Tranquility in Rover Spotted Gum installed upstairs, with custom bull nosing for the stairs, and levelling compound underneath the floors to level out the uneven subfloor. It has transformed my home so much! The floor is a lot less squeaky, the house is warmer, and the thickness of the panels means they're quiet and comfortable to walk on. The installation was done relatively quickly, and they communicated well throughout the whole process to keep me informed. The work is thorough, with great attention to detail. I especially appreciate the choice to place a lighter coloured section at the edge of the top stair, which makes it easier to see the edge without tripping. Professional, respectful, and a stellar job all around!

Sam was so helpful and patient when it came yo making product and colour selections, Russell made the quoting process easy and was lovely to work with, and Tom did an excellent job of our installation with attention to detail and care taken to achieve a good result even with some awkwardly shaped stair landings. The team also went out of their way to work around some other tradesmen when they ended up having to be on-site at the same time, which meant we didn’t have to delay our renovation. When we had to renovate after … More last year's floods, we sought out Qld Flooring after a recommendation from a friend. We also got a cost comparison from a big company. That company wanted to charge us a significantly higher amount and they insisted that we needed to put down 50% upfront to maintain the current price. Since we didn't have a spare $10K we declined.
By comparison, Qld Flooring have been wonderfully relaxed to deal with, never pushing us for money up front. They were friendly, helpful and patient considering it took a year for our flooring project to occur. They listened to us, took our circumstances into consideration and went out of their way to be helpful.
The floors also look amazing!! Cannot recommend Qld Flooring enough!
